Our Shows

Costumed and Choreographed Song and Dance

We perform songs from the 1920s to the present day and all stops in between, with themed choreography and costumes for all of our group numbers.  Some of our soloists have been performing all of their lives, whilst most of our dancers have never been on stage before.  We can tailor make our shows to suit your venue, your audience and time scale!   

What you won’t get is a war-time sing-along ... unless you ask for one!  

The GOs on Tour specialise in entertainment, costumed and choreographed song, fun and dance, for every occasion and in almost any venue within reasonable distance of our Blackburn HQ.

If it’s bags of enthusiasm, vibrant colour, tireless talent and energetic entertainment you’re looking for, then that’s what we provide. We love to have a GO, and it works. GO on Tour audiences have lots of fun and so do we!

Mandy will visit your premises and discuss your needs. Each show is unique, tailored to performance times, changing space and our group members’ availability.

Without a suitable venue? Provided you have a group of at least 50 and dates are booked well in advance, we can provide a two hour afternoon show at our base, the Thwaites Empire Theatre, Ewood, Backburn at just £4 each including refreshments.

Our versatile troupe boasts a wide range of talents with spirited enthusiasm and determination. All our GOs are unpaid volunteers. In return for our efforts, we ask for a donation, minimum £70, which goes back into the everyday running of the group, providing essential costumes, music and equipment.

We are on the look-out for new members, our door is always open. We have regular dance lessons and singing sessions and lots of fun. All stage outfits are provided.

We also need back room staff like these. Join a really wonderful group of friendly, fun loving people who enjoy bringing fun, colour, light, and laughter to everyone we entertain.
